Thank you for joining Tiny Tails Pet Salon family. We are delighted to be your dog’s new groomer. Before you start your online booking with us, please take your time and read the information below to help you understand how Tiny Tails operate.
For Dogs needing body clip: (Oodles, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Cavalier, etc) We recommend to start grooming your dog at 12 weeks old. You can book a Puppy Pamper service as your first puppy groom and then start booking a Full Groom on a regular basis of 8 to 10 weeks .Depending on how long you would like to keep your dogs coat, you can choose from our 3 grooming options: Short Cut, Style Long Cut and Tidy Up. Please keep in mind we do not clip or cut your dogs body coat when you choose Tidy Up service. Tidy Up is only Bath, Blow dry, Feet, Nails, Hygiene and Face. If your dogs coat is very long, overdue or matted, there will be extra charges to be paid at the salon depending the condition of your dogs coat.
For Dogs needing De-Shed: (Golden Retriever, Border Collie, Labrador, etc) We recommend to De-Shed your dog every 12 weeks in a regular basis. Price vary depending on how overdue and how much your dogs coat is shedding. Please do not expect a miracle. Shedding Dogs, will always Shed no matter what. De Shedding service will only help managing your dogs coat better. This service is Bath using De-Shedding Shampoo, Blow Dry which will help to remove most of loose under coat hair, Brush out (We do not offer Under Coat Brush out), Hygiene clipped, Feet and nails trimmed. You can book online choosing De Shed for long hair or short hair dogs depending the breed of your dog. (Please keep in mind we do not accept Samoyed, German Shepherd, Husky)
Bath and Blow Dry: Please do not choose this service if your dogs hair is Shedding. This service is only for dogs that their coat does not moult. If your dogs coat is overdue or long, there will be extra charges to be paid at the salon.
Dogs that do not like grooming: We do our best to complete the service you have booked, however, in some cases, if your dog is very stressed or your dog is aggressive, we do not complete the service. Depending your dogs behaviour and how long take us to groom your dog, there will be extra charges to be paid at the salon.
Now that you have read about our services, please go ahead and register your details and book your dogs first groom with us. Please remember to add your dogs details under Add New Pet for a first time. When booking for second time, our system automatically will choose your dogs name as soon as you choose a service. How to Register & Book Online
Please register with your email address and add your details. Make sure you are adding a correct email address. Check your inbox or junk for an email from us to activate your account.
Log in
Under Add Pet, add your dogs details. Mandatory sections are: Name, Breed, Size, Sex (other sections are optional to fill out) You don’t need to add your pets details every time you book with us. Your pets name will come up under Pet Section for your future bookings automatically.
Under Add Grooming, choose a service you’re after, choose a date and time, your dogs name will pop up under pets. You can also add extras like Teeth clean or Anal glands (these are not mandatory)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and Request booking
Accept Quote and make payments to complete your booking. (If payments has not been received within 30min, your booking will be deleted)
