Grooming Cancellation: Please give us 48hrs notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellation fee will apply otherwise. You will be charged for the full amount of your booking if you do not show up for your appointment. 

Be on time for your appointment. Due to our busy schedule, we cannot accept your dog if you are late for your appointment with no refund policy.

Matted dogs: If your pet is matted, we must use sharp blades close to the skin to remove mattings. This process can cause skin irritation, laceration, cuts & bleeding. By booking your matted dog with us, you have given us your consent to go ahead with removal of mattings. Tiny Tails bears no responsibility for any injury caused due to removal of matting.

Difficult Dogs: If your dog does not like grooming, hypoactive or aggressive, they are at high risk of getting cut by sharp instruments. Try to give them calming medication prior to drop off and keep in mind we bear no responsibility for any injury caused in these cases.

Tiny Tails does not cover any veterinary cost during or after lodgement of pets.

Please do not book with us if your dog has fleas (we have no refund policy).

That I shall pay the charges outlined above during the period of lodgment of pets with Tiny Tails Pet Salon and shall also pay the cost of any veterinary attention to the pets lodged with the Salon, and shall also pay the cost of any veterinary attention to the pets which is deemed necessary by the Salon during that period.

That, subject to alteration by the Salon, these conditions shall apply each time pets are admitted to the care of the Salon.
