We have a minimum 7 day boarding charge for any pets staying between 25th December and 1st January. You do not have to book 7 days, but you will be charged 7 days.

We have a minimum 4 day boarding charge for pets staying during Easter Holidays starting from Good Friday.

We have a minimum 2 day boarding charge for pets staying during School Holidays.

Prior to your pet's arrival, we ensure sufficient staff are available to care for them based on the period you have booked.

Therefore, for stays in the school holidays, the booked period is required on check-in with no refund or credit if you decide to come home early.

Cancellation outside timetable above, must give 14 days notice for full refund or 100% cancellation fee will apply ( No refund).
